Insurance

We offer many options for financing your Optimal Treatment Plan. Our financial staff is experienced in nearly every insurance company and plan in our area. We can help you ESTIMATE your benefits and will do everything possible to help you maximize your benefits. Certain procedures may require a down payment for our laboratory fees and will be discussed with you during your treatment plan. For balances not covered by your insurance plan, our team will help you come up with a financial arrangement that works with your budget.

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards.  Your copayment is expected at the time of service.

We also work with CareCredit, Personal Finance Company and Citi Health Card to offer our patients third party financing with interest free plans or extended payment plans.
